About My Work
For the past eight years, I've worked with some of the biggest and most exciting brands in the tech/SaaS space as a web content specialist. My web content work focuses primarily on emerging search and internet technologies, SEO and digital marketing for startups, and product development and brand strategy for SaaS companies.
I've worked in both in-house and agency roles. After spending four years at WordStream, an online advertising SaaS startup based in Boston, I recently joined Animalz, a small but beautiful content agency in New York, as a web content analyst. (You can read samples of my syndicated work for WordStream here.)
Beyond my content work for tech/SaaS clients, I'm also a freelance journalist. I've written for a wide range of publications in print and online, including The Guardian, Pacific Standard, and The Independent, among many others. I've produced native content for brands including National Geographic and WGN America, and my work has been syndicated by publications including Search Engine Journal and Slate, numerous business and academic journals, and the Japanese government. I was a featured writer in 0s&1s Reads' Writers on Mental Health series, and I was honored to be a Writer in the Mail for The Rumpus in 2015.
Below is a select list of my published essays and journalism. For samples of my ghostwriting work, please contact me directly.
